    I still am not getting the filled out form as I see it.

    I still am not getting the whole filled out form as I see it.   I get emails but then no reply.  Your team edited and cloned my form but now all I receive is the lower 3/4 of the form. I need the entire form with all the filled in answers.  I must have said this now over 20 times and in all this time the form is still not coming to my email complete.  

    Where are you located?  Is there a manager or supervisor I can contact to get this never ending issue finally corrected?  I do not need or want instruction since ever time I was sent instruction they did not work.  Please correct the issue and either send me the source code to put on my site to get the whole filled out form or tell me when I can get the code on your site.

    Hi Doug,

    You should have replied to the original thread where you have posted this problem. So again this way, we can easily follow up on it and could see the previous suggestion/solutions made by my colleagues in an easiest possible way.

    Before giving you my answer, I would like to request to please post your replies in this thread until we get this sorted. Is that okay?


    Now, let's go back to the problem. This is your last form ID http://www.jotform.co/form/50278207376862 so I assumed this is where the problem happen. Please confirm. We will correct the form notification email for you.


    Where are you located?

    -Our main office is located at San Francisco, CA.

    -The support team is composed of a few individuals from around the globe.


    Is there a manager or supervisor I can contact to get this never ending issue finally corrected?

    -Yes, we have a manager. But the support team's task is to help users so please let us do our part. We can help you for as long as you keep this thread instead of posting another one.
