Hi. I recently ordered JotForm about 2 weeks ago and upgraded to the $9.95 a month. I saw online that we can cancel and I'd like to do that. Please advise the most efficient way to do that.

You can downgrade your JotForm account to Free from the billing section of your account.
Once the account is opted for downgrade, it'll be holding premium status till the next billing date. If you do not want to be a premium user for now and looking to cancel the subscription immediately, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
