We will be using forms as a way for our employees to fill out saftey manual sheets required on construction job sites. Once they submit the data, we need to be able to download it into a printable template for our records. Is this possible?

I also recommend creating your account (for fREE!) if you haven't done so yet. You can use this link http://www.jotform.com/signup to signup using your email account.
As to your inquiry...
There are to ways to have an Excel formatted data from the form submissions.
I understand that you already have a pre-formatted Excel file data.., you would eventually would wanted the resulting submission data to fit in to your existing Excel data format.
You can design the form so that all the fields matches also the column of your existing Excel data. This way the resulting submission data of the form will have similar column number setup as to your existing Excel file.
At most, the 'manual' process that you would have to do is to manually copy and paste the data to your Excel file. OR you can just create a macro script to automate the field/column mapping between the form submission Excel and your existing Excel file.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
