To confirm, you would like the font for your heading to be different than the font for the rest of your form?
Yes this can be done in the form designer. You would select the header field and then select the font that you would like to use on your header.

When I open the form designer I do not see the Header Styles field on the right. Why does this field not appear in my designer?

I took a copy of your form and tested this out - I was able to change the font-type for all the form headings.
I'm not sure why you don't see it, but when you click on one of the headers, the Header Styles Tab will automatically collapse to the right so that you can modify the font-type for all the headers:
