Not able to subscribe to bi-yearly subscription.

    Hello, I will wish to subscribe to the subscription, but I will wish to be paid monthly,
    when I arrive on the payment page , there are no proposal for a monthly subscription ?
    can you help me? Thank you, Sincerely, Nelly

    Hello Lepetitfairepart,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    When you select the desired plan, a new modal window will open where you will be able to select the payment schedule of 2 years. Please check the screenshot below:

    Alternatively, you can click on the following URL to upgrade your account to premium bi-yearly subscription:  https://www.jotform.com/upgrade?username=USERNAME&account_type=PREMIUM&period=biyearly
