    Can I disable a date once someone has selected service on this date?

    Hi Brett,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, you want to set up a calendar on your forms where people can book and once this is reserved it will no longer be available for other people, right? For this, you may use the Date Reservation Widget. With this widget, you may configure the dates you can make available and then set them to be available for only one booking.

    You can also take a look at the Appointment Slot Widget. If you wish to disable the date after an appointment time is selected on your appointment field you can set the maximum appointment per day to 1. Let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Appointment Field.
    • Click on the Gear Icon to open the properties and click on the Limits tab.
    • Scroll down and change the Maximum Appointments per Day to 11657124208 62c5b5709ad34 Screenshot 0 Screenshot 10

    That's it. This should now disable the entire date after an appointment is selected for it.
