can a new existing form reference an old form to pull information

For example, we have a church school or religion (i.e. youth ministry or middle school ministry) and each year we have to open registration up to our families...many times its just a matter of a child going from 7th grade to 8th grade. is their a way to reference past registration information (such as address and contact info) so the person doesn't have to re-enter their information over and over again?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to automatically fill you form based on past submission data.  Our forms are unable to to reference previous submissions in real time.  This would also leave your form open form anyone who may come across it to potentially be able to access the data of you users as well.
