Translations Wizard: Every time I insert a translation, and hit the save button, all translations are lost!Asked by JanQ on February 04, 2015 at 11:34 AMHi, sorry to reopen this issue, but I am creating another multilanguage form (Valentijn 2015) and again, every time I insert a translation, and hit the save button, when I preview the form, all translations are lost! I am losing several hours and my bosses are not happy.translation Language wizard
I have just cloned your jotform and have tried to set up French alongside of it, but it did not seem to 'stick'.
I will raise this to our developers to inspect and as soon as there are any news on this we will update you through this thread.
Indeed, that is the problem, the translation doesn't "stick" :-)
As this form needs to go online on Facebook on Monday, I will create a seperate French form and add a link at the top of the Dutch form, and hope that with the French form will load perfectly in the same iframe.
Thanks for the confirmation. You should be notified via this thread for updates.
You can also use this method (multiple forms method): http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form instead of adding the link in the form.
