Why is my integrated Google Doc not updating?

    I've integrated my JotForm with a Google Sheet last week, and made a few formatting changes to the Sheet (new cell color, modified column width, new columns and text, etc) and also created new tabs for pivot tables and charts. 

    Now new submittals to the JotForm are not showing up on the integrated Google Sheet. JotForm is still receiving new submittals, and tther functions/integrations (i.e., email notifications, files saved in Google Drive) are working smoothly, but the new submittals are not showing up on the Google Sheet itself.

    I had to re-integrate and re-build a brand new Sheet for the JotForm, but I am frustrated that my previous work is gone. Why did my integrated Google Sheet not update? Are formatting/tab edits to the Sheet not allowed for JotForms? How can I avoid this issue from happening again?

    Hi urbandesignla,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your form integration.

    Unfortunately the integration does not allow for modifications to the form, making modifications on the form will either, break the integration (prevent future submissions from updating) or will erase any modifications done to the form, resetting the spreadsheet.

    To resolve the issue you would need to recreate the integration. If you would like to add additional columns to the spreadsheet you can do this by adding hidden fields to the form. Those columns will automatically be created in the integration. You would be able to add information into the blank fields with affecting the integration.
