I see that you've not yet received any email notifications from your jotform.
I checked your form that I found on your account and saw you have your email notifications set to send to "firstname.lastname@example.org". Your notification itself appears set up properly so I don't see anything wrong with that part.
Also, I checked this in our servers and found that you aren't listed in our bouncelist when you check your email. Our mailing servers are showing that we are sending this.Result: email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list [2015-02-04 12:59:25] Submission #298881964771504391 Form #50343882538157 SENT to firstname.lastname@example.org from email@example.com via AMAZONSES
What I would suggest is referring to this guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues for additional suggestions but I think that most likely you will need to have your email host Whitelist JotForm since you are using a custom email domain as your address.
