Not being able to see uploaded files in my form

    Some of my customers have been submitting file via our upload feature. The percentage indicator (after some time) does eventually get to 100% but when I receive their form, the links for download are not in the form submission.

    I cloned your form for testing purposes and was unable to reproduce the issue on my side.

    However, I noticed that you are allowing your users to submit multiple files.
    In this case, I suggest that you make the upload file field required in order to assure that all files are properly uploaded before the form is submitted.

    You can tell your users to compress their files in case they want to send you files larger than 1GB.
