I am not receiving my forms although the test email button works

    I have stopped receiving email forms that people send me using a link inserted in emails I send to people, even though when I used the "test email" button I did receive the test form.

    Could this be due to my email client (outlook Express)

    Hi David,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your email notifications.

    I checked your email log and the issue appears to be coming from your setting your email address as the sender email address.

    The test emails are being sent through noreply@jotform.com as such you are able to receive the emails.

    Please try changing the sender email to noreply@jotform.com to resolve the issue.
