I am using your latest import tecnology. It says it will only take a minute. It has been a day without any forms appearing in my account. I tried again and received this.
I understand and want to apologize, but the reason why you are waiting is because you are still on queue as shown when you have tried to use the import tools again.
What is going on in the back?
Our latest tool is a bot, like a search engine bot - that goes into your account or goes to the Adobe form (depending on the option you select) and retrieves the forms.
Once the forms are retrieved by it, they are recreated as jotforms - which takes around 1-3 minutes.
Once this job is done it goes after the submissions and that can take additional 10 minutes (if there is not a lot of data - more data, means more time is needed).
Now the issue at this moment is that there are many people with a big number of forms on Adobe causing the queue to be quite big and waiting time being a bit longer than anticipated.
Now I would like to apologize one more time for your waiting and I see that you already have 4 jotforms in your account and I hope that you are happy with how they are made?
Please allow us a bit more time so that our tool can import all of the forms and submissions from Adobe.I hope that this gives you some answers, but do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to answer them.
I just want to make sure that the wait time is to be expected and that nothing has gone wrong.

Hi Sunshine, I hope that you do not mind, but I wanted to follow up on this to see if you have received your forms from our import tool or if there are any issues at this moment regarding the import tool?

Still no sign of any of the forms I requested an import for. All four forms in my account were built out of necessity. How can I move this along for a couple of important forms? Thanks for checking on progress.
