I have a widget in several of my forms (I agree to terms and conditions) but the check box is not visible any more. It was in the past. It can still be checked, but one has to guess where it is.

I've checked your site and it looks like the color of your background is very similar to the color that is used for the widget's checkbox.

Unfortunately, at the moment the style of the widget cannot be customized.
Let me submit a feature request ticket to our development team so they consider adding the ability to customize the style of the widget to make it more visible when necessary.
Once an update regarding this matter shows up, you'll be notified here.

I don't think it is the background colour, because before, three months ago, it was visible. I have read other threads, and it seems I am not the only one with this problem

Interesting, in my version the check box is visable but the terms & Conditions link is not visable...

We understand the concerns involved with this as we are already aware of the situation. Raul has opened a report and feature request for this issue and our developers will look into it for consideration to find a better solution as soon as they can.

To improve visibility - we've added a "light" theme for dark backgrounds.
We've also added Custom CSS which would allow one to tweak the widget further:
