Enhancement to reports creation

It would be great when creating a report if you could select what records are extracted by selecting on the fields in a similar way that you can carry out conditional tests when data is entered.  

For example only select records where field1 is equal to "yes" and field2 is not equal to "T-shirt"

I believe this will be contemplated in the Visual Report Filters:
