Conditional logic is not working when I embed my form in my website

    Seems to work fine when previewing from the form editor, but none of the conditional fields display when viewed on the website.

    Upon checking your site, I see that you're using the full source code of your form.
    Can you please try to use the iframe embed method instead?

    It seems like there might be a conflict between the scripts of your form and JQuery which can be causing this behavior in your form when it's embedded in your site.

    Please give it a try and let us know if it helps.
