How to prepopulate file upload field with the value of first form?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. We have received an empty question with just the title as "My attachments field not working as browser". I would suggest you to explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

My attachments fields like attachments={attachments} on browser it showing attachments=desert.jpg but on read only page it is not showing then how can i save on read only pages; This is URL:

Please be noted that it is not possible to pass on the URL of the local file form one form to another through URL parameters.

What can be done is when the file is uploaded from the first form, you can access the URL of the uploaded file and pass it on to your second form. You can use the {tag} name of your upload field attachments={attachments} like you are already doing but replace the second form's upload question with a normal text box field.
