    Hello,

We are service provider for tech support. Need one help. Please give your suggestions.

We have our 3 payment gateways, all are PCI & PII compliant. We take payments from customers directly into payment gateway.

However in some scenario , we have to take card details from customers for purchasing a third party product as per customer's request only. Once it is done, card details are discarded.

Concern here is, my agents are taking card details over the phone, where I am not being PCI compliant.

Is there a way, I can get the card details from customer and provide only to authorized person. Authorized person should have only few minutes to view the card details and only once and then it gets deleted automatically.

Or deleting card details manually works too.

I do not want my agents taking card details from customer.

Anything you can suggest on this?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not allow forms into our system that would manually collect credit card information using our basic input fields. Doing so is against our Terms of Use under Phishing category.

You may consider using our payment integration, you can setup whether to charge users immediately or manually. For example, in Paypal settings:

Properties > Show Properties > Authorization Only
