Setting up URL prepopulating

during jotform chaining my second form taking some old prepopulated date how to make to get new prepopulate data

Can you please tell us what is the jotform that was changed and what is the data that you would like to pass - what was being passed before, but is not any more?

i sending uniqueid widget and radio button value form  first form to second form by servlet mapping but in second form the last history data  is prepopulated not with the  data coming from first form so i want know how to resolve this problem and why it showing this previos history data only,  i deleted  subbmision history also but not working
