How Do I Order A Bi-Yealy Subscription For Jotform With Purchase Order?

    I can see that this is an option for a 2 year purchase but it's unclear how to do this.

    I am not exactly clear on your inquiry and I apologize if my assumptions are incorrect, but if you are referring to organizing recurring payments using the Purchase Order payment tool for every 2 years please note the screenshots below.

    Hi,

    No - this is about paying for a JotForm subscription. How would i go about doing this by using a purchase order?

    Hello mallow,

    I apologize for my misinterpretation earlier. If you would like to subscribe to Jotform using Purchase Order a minimum payment of $100 manual handling fee will be applied. This means that the first option for you would be purchasing the Premium Bi-Yearly subscription which will amount to $139.00.

    When filling out the form on this page ensure you select Purchase Order as your Method of Payment. It is required that you provide all the requested information on the form such as your Jotform Username (this should be your free account username eg. SeanJotform) - Not your email address. 

    Upon submission of the form, you will be redirected to another page which will provide the address that you should send the check to for payment. This address is for Plimus which is our Payment Gateway. If you would like to correct or make any adjustments to your form, feel free to hit the back button and correct or amend the information. Once everything is completed you should print the form.
