Can I Make The New Google Spread Submissions Appear At The Top Of The Spreadsheet?

1) can I make the new submission appear at the top of the spreadsheet? I have resorted by Submission Date Z-A but all new submissions still appear at the bottom.

Currently this is how it's configured,  and in fact,  exported data to a spreadsheet will appear by default A-Z. So you have to do this manually once you open the spreadsheet.
