Can New Submissions Match The Cell Format Of My Google Spreadsheet Automatically?

2) I want the new submissions to match the formatting already set up for that column e.g. Wrap Text, Font Size etc

This answer is actually not correct for word wrapping.  Word wrapping formatting will not hold for the new submitted item.
