Basically I upgraded to Premium ages ago and you've been taking monthly fee but now it tells me I am still on free package and that I need to upgrade.
Also, I keep putting forms in to folders within "my forms" but when I log back in again they have all jumped back out of the folders

Thank you for providing us information about your concerns.
After searching for your payment, I found out that you did not correctly enter the jotform username in the field provided when you started paying for your subscription. Instead, it was an email address you have in the field. So this did not trigger your upgrade immediately. I have manually upgraded your account.
Since you were on free status last September to October even if you have paid for it, I have extended your next payment date to December. So you won't get charged for the coming November subscription. This is to consider that your subscription just started this month.
For your other concern, can you please tell us the browser that you are using? and at the time you have placed the forms inside the folder, did you notice a loading animation at the bottom right of your page? If so, did it finish end and disappear before you closed your browser?
