i have successfully created and tested my form, i.e. made a payment.  I LOVE THIS!

Hovever, i entered e-mail that i know doesn't exixt as well as phone number that is not valid.

I thought i checked the validation option, but it did not verify anything

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no feature available in Jotform where the system can check if an email address and postal address exists or not.  You can probably create your own application that can check if an email address exists, but having to check the postal address is a 3rd party service and is not widely available for the entire world, so this is close to impossible.

The validation for email address is simply an algorithm to check if a proper email address was entered or not.  For the address, it simply checks if the address fields are filled or not.

In regarding the phone number, I have submitted a ticket to our development team to take a look at this matter.

If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.

    Thanks
