File upload won't allow me to attach files within the form and has stopped working.

About a week ago my coworkers were unable to attach files within the form. I have checked my usage and storage and everything should be fine.

Upon checking your form, it seems to work properly, I was able to attached files. We do however had an update with the widgets that we have, this might have caused a problem in your end. To solve this, you can re-integrate the widget to your form.

You might also want to check the file you are uploading, the file size might be too big. You can check this guide on how to adjust upload limit: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit.

I tried uploading one in your form and it doesn't show an error?

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Kind regards.

How do I reintegrate the widget to the form? The files I am trying to upload when testing it are all very small and my coworkers are still unable to upload a file after I deleted the form tool and re added it.

I'm currently checking your form right now and I tried uploading a file on it, and it seems to work fine.

To reintegrate, just remove the widget and add it again.

May I know if you have embedded your form to a website? If you did, the code in your website might be conflicting with the form's code displaying possible issues or errors. You could also share us the website link so that we can investigate further.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
