    I used the import tool for Adobe FormsCentral and all forms were duplicated 5 times

    I used the online import tool to bring in my Adobe FormsCentral forms and results and the results were not as expected. I got 5 copies of all my forms and no results were imported. Does anyone know why this happened and if there is a way to get my data imported?

    The data import is currently taking a bit longer than we had anticipated.  We have had quite a large demand for the import tool so the queue for data transfer is unfortunately, fairly long.  As far as your forms being duplicated 5 times, this is definitely not something that should be occurring.  If you sent the import request more than once however, the forms may have been imported multiple times.

    I forwarded your issue to our development team so that they may have a closer look.  The data migration may however just take a bit of time.

    First of all, thanks for the speedy response.

    As far as data import goes, I can live with a bit of a wait that is reasonable considering the amount of people scrambling to find alternatives.

    In regards to the form import, I only did it one time, and hesitated trying again until I was able to hear back from you. I have deleted the duplicates so I think I am okay there now as at least I got what I needed.

    I'll monitor for the data import over the next week or so.

    You are very welcome!  We do our best to resolve issues in a timely manner.  Thank you for clarifying that the import tool was used only once.  If you data still is not migrated by later today or tomorrow, do let us know and we will gladly have a look.  The tool is very new and we are still ironing out all the wrinkles. 

    We will let you know as soon as we can regarding the replication issue, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Our import tool got stuck and sent emails multiple times. We are very sorry about it. We have now fixed the problem. Sorry for all the emails you received.
