I've design a website page with downloadable PDF files, but I would like the user to be required to insert email details or website address before being able to download each files, helping us to find out who they are, which file they interesting in, and contacting them for any help etc.

If you have got this kind form please send email to sstockwell@tiscali.co.uk

You should be able to achieve that with a form and thank you page redirect.

This guide will show you how to redirect your users to a page where they can download the file:

Redirecting Users to a Different Page

You can always set the links for download of the file to link to the page where the jotform is located and have it show which file they want to download while you ask them for their email.

Once they click submit the thank you page setup you have already set up would redirect them to the page that would allow them to download the file.
