Donations form not working live

Hello,

The following form is used to collect online donations for our Charitable soccer tournament.

When I click on the "Select or enter the amount to donate" field, it seems to work fine.

Once embedded in the website https://www.kick4acure.com/donate  the "Select or enter amount to donate" works occasionally. Recently I have had 5 transactions not go through. Appears that if you click on $10 it doesn't carry forward to the box where Stripe will process the payment...

Any ideas?  This donation form was from the donation form templates available....

I think I figured it out using another sample form.

That's great to see that you have figured out the issue and resolved it by yourself. Just to let you know that the initial issue might be due to conflict of other scripts on your webpage with JotForm. You may change the embed method from normal javascript method to iframe method so that the from on your webpage loads as it is on a separate window.
