    Conditions: Fields are missing

    On top of that I once again have experience the problem where I use condition wizard to update a field.  The field has been erased!  

     

    Example the In area field had Yes or No depending on the zip code and that is gone.

    Calculation fields get erased and stopped working and I have to rebuild. This has happened multiple times. Is this a problem with jotform or what?

     

    I know I did not delete these fields.

    We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    There was a bug in conditional wizard yesterday. The bug was fixed, but if you are missing any conditions, you will need either re-add them or restore the form to its previous state with a Revision History Tool. Can you please try it and let us know if you need any further assistance on this?

    So let me tell you my experience. I have seen multiple times where data in drop down fields get erased. Now I am seeing entire condition fields getting erased.  If this was the first time I would not worry, but this is the 4th time the form has broken.  Whenever you find an error is it just going to break the wizard?

    I believe that the bug with missing calculation values in drop downs and related conditions was fixed yesterday. So it should not happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies for the troubles caused due to the bug.

    Our developers implementing new features and improving the service on a daily basis. It means, that due to a big amount of updates there might be some bugs from time to time, but we are doing our best to resolve the issues as soon as we can.

    You might also consider cloning your important forms for backup purposes.
