Do sub-users receive the emails received from the site as well?

    Hi Jotform,

    I just received word that my client has not been receiving emails that I have been receiving from Jotform.  I was wondering what I need to do to either make her the primary email on the account, so it goes directly to her or if I am able to receive the emails and have her as a sub-email that still receives all the emails.

    The form email alerts are being sent to the specified Email Notification recipient(s). Please see the following guide:

    Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

    So, you can change the recipient email, list multiple recipients, or add an additional Email Notification to the form.
