We are one of the company's currently using Adobe and are delighted about your new software that can convert the adobe forms to JotForm.

Asked by Teri   on February 05, 2015 at 04:08 PM

We have a lot of forms in adobe. Is there a limit to how many we can convert? Also, many of them are updated versions of a previous form so will the names of each form remain the same? We want to be able to identify each form in its' revision process.

We're looking at setting up a Premium account as we think this will cover our needs. I'm guessing if during the conversion process Jotform runs into an issue that we'd be notified in some fashion?

Thanks for your help! We're excited to give JotForm a try!

    Hi Teri,

We are very pleased to welcome you here in Jotform! To answer your questions:

Is there a limit to how many we can convert?

-No limit. You can import all your forms to Jotform as well as your existing data. Just head over to our import page for Adobe Form Central and the system will do the rest.

Also, many of them are updated versions of a previous form so will the names of each form remain the same?

-Yes, the form names will remain the same.

I'm guessing if during the conversion process Jotform runs into an issue that we'd be notified in some fashion?

-If you mean during the import process, I'm sure there's a notification since that is automated. For example, once the import process is done, our system will send you an email about it.

-If you mean in general, while using your form. We don't have any major issues so far, but if there's any, our users would surely know of it.

-If you encounter some issues while using your form, our support forum is highly monitored (24/7). You can always contact us here and expect response time within a few minutes or hours. Shouldn't take us a day to answer.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks
