I was never asked to create a user name which has made logging in on other devices nearly impossible for me. I would like to change the user name to my email address: email@example.com please. I tried to do so in the account settings and was not able to manipulate the data. Thank you!

Changing username in the account settings is not possible. Only the support team can change it. Let us know your new desired username so we can check its availability and proceed. Provide at least 3 possible usernames.

As requested I have now change the username to HRPTeducation
You need to re-login at http://www.jotform.com/login using the new username.
