Adding content to the jotform fields

Ok I had someone build a website for me and I would like to add content to my form. I copied and saved content and I need to know how to paste it to the form I cant seem to figure it out

That depends on the type of field that you would like to add the content into and if the content is to go into the same field and similar.

I would suggest letting us know the URL to to jotform and a bit more details on what you would like to change and we would be able to better understand and assist you in the change.
