At this time phone support is not available, but we do have chat support, but not all the time. However chat is sometimes not seen by everyone since we have over million users and as soon as our chat limit is reached the chat is hidden.
Now forums and emails are always being responded to. I would however suggest to ask as you did now - over forum.
The reason is that it allows us to better see what is the issue and what was already suggested - follow up and allows us to raise the issue to developers if needed, while for you everything is in one place and you receive responses faster; At this time forum is the fastest response option.
There is another option that you can use and that is asking questions on Twitter. Just include @jotform or @jotformsupport and we would be happy to assist.
