I tried to import the forms and responses. I learned from another post why it was perhaps taking so long, as several of my forms were closed. I have opened them all and tried again but now it tells me the new request is in the queue. Just curious how to cancel the other request so I can import the open forms?

Unfortunately, there's no function to cancel your request as it is an automated system and has a queuing system. What I would recommend is that you try importing again using the tool.
Also, may I know what you meant by the forms were "closed" has it been disabled in your FormsCentral and they are still in the queuing system of JotForm? If this is the case, could you please share us the form URL of those that were closed and you would like to cancel, I can then try to escalate it to the team that handles the migration.
