    Hello juanmarcos,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to allow your form to save the input data before the form is submitted?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and there are multiple options available:

#1. You can enable "Auto Fill" setting of form which will save the user's input data every few seconds. Please be noted that auto fill setting saves the input data in browser's cookie and  if the user access the form again from other browser, other system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later

#2. User can save the input data in session which is actually stored in our server. This feature requires you to involve two forms and the main form should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved only on the click of the next button. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

#3. You can add the {edit-link} tag in the autoresponder email alert of your form. When the user submit the form, they will receive the email which will have a clickable link that will allow users to edit the submission data again. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Are you trying to create a workflow and want to receive submission email only when the final user update the form's submission? How do you identify the final user? Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

In general, you can add conditional email alert in your form to send submission email after the final user edits the submissions. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, this is not possible since the email notifications are triggered only when the form is submitted.

If you have further questions, please let us know.
    Thank you.
