I click on "cancel" under account in JotForm, get redirected to Plimus and logon, but can't cancel my subscription.

Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the Plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm subscription. But you no longer need to look for that, I have now canceled your subscription for you. You also won't get charged again. Your account is scheduled for downgrade on October 26, 2011.
Feel free to resubscribe anytime you wish to use our paid services again. If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
