Where do I go to make sure the correct email was used?

This form, and it is very good, was set up for me by someone much cleverer than me. However, he's gone for the weekend and in the cases where my email address has been needed he has used wilSon instead of wilTon. Only one letter but kinda important.

I looked allover your form and everything I found so far shows it is set to "Wilton".
