Conditions not working based on date field set to change Thank you message or URL

    I have set up multiple thank you notes in the conditions of a form, however when submitting the form, it does not use the conditions but the default thank you note.

    How do I ensure the conditional thank you notes are used rather than the default one?

    Thank you for being patient. I was able to identify the issue and it seems that there is an issue with the conditions to check the date entered is after specified date for Date of Birth field which might need our developers attention.  By removing the rules set for the date field on the conditions showing the correct message. Also, I notice that there is a conflict of conditions with respect to date fields that gives you incorrect output.

    If you notice the conditions here, #1 and #5, #2 and #4 are having the same rules set for the dates. This results in displaying the output with the conditions having less rules. In this case, #5 and #4 are executed even the additional fields are satisfied for conditions #1 and #2. You may need to workout on these conditions.

    Meanwhile, I'm forwarding the issue to our next level support to take a look at the issue. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted through this thread.
