I have been having a bit of trouble with my form. Some of the answers are coming out blank, even though people are filling in the entire form properly. Any advice would be great!

I have made a test submission and I was able to see all the data that I have submitted. I checked your form in that link and it is working great. Is it not because of some user's forgot to fill those non-required fields? that is why you have recieved some blank answers?. If you don't mind can you post here a screenshot of your submissions where there are blank answers?
I would also like to suggest recreating your notification's, just delete the old notifications and create a new one.
