Is there a phone number to call you ?

    I have started a trial with a different name, and want to purchase a plan with the company name, how do I change that and how do I contact you when necessary as now.

    Hi Alvaro,

    If you would like to change the username of the registered account that you have, you can request it to us. To request, just LOG IN to your account, post a question here in the forum requesting that you would like to change your username to a new one, make sure that you provide us two so that if the first one is already taken we can proceed on the second.

    Here's an example: I would like to change my username Charlie to {new username1} or {new username 2}.

    If you would like to purchase or upgrade your subscription plan, you just need to log in to your account and navigate to the Billing section. Here's a quick screenshot as a guide:
