Our Jotform has been working great for the most part. However, for some reason, sometimes, and it is seems to be at random, our jotform form is not coming through. (see attached pic). You will see that there is an email, but there is no form or message or anything at all. This is very bad because people are paying for things and we need to be able to see their orders. The weirdest part is that it is inconsistent. We have received working forms from people before and after times when we've received the bland email from people. Please help asap! Thank you so much!
I checked your email address, it is not on the bounce list. I also checked the mails logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully. You can use this guide if you want to know how to check your form email history.

Did you set up Mandrill? It's weird because it was sent via Mandrill and the email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Mandrill are used so that you can use a custom email as the sender name. If you did not set it up, then try to reconfigure the email notification settings.
Click the "Emails" button and select the notification.
Click the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings button".
Click the dropdown for sender e-mail and choose email@example.com
I would advised you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
