    Hi there,

Please log in using your Jotform account. When I searched our database, your email is associated with 2 accounts. Can you please share the form URL that you're working with?

The guide  states that you need to clone the form and not upload images through that form. After you clone it, it will be available on your account. From your account, you can open the cloned form and upload images from there. After that, you just need the copy the image URLs from the submissions area and use that URL and add the image to your form.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you!

I cannot get it. I cloned my existing form and...nothing had happened. I clicked on Submission, but I cannot do anything because there is no image at all. One cannot upload there either. I tried header image and upload from existing images, but it still doesn`t work. The way you show on your tutorial page is totally different. I do not have the same things as on your screenshots.

I also tried to add Secure Seal from your website, but it doesn`t show up in preview and on browser view.

    I apologize for the confusion.

What is mentioned in the guide is that you need to clone this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/12543229200 or you can also create a new form with an upload file. This is for you to be able to upload the file to our servers using the method mentioned on the guide.

However, you can accomplish the same result using the Image field and uploading the file directly from your computer.

When you use this field to upload the file, if your form is rendered using the secure URL the image will also be rendered using HTTPS protocol which is what you want, right?

You can also use the mentioned field to add a secure seal to your form.

Feel free to clone this form into your account, if you want to.

    Thank you.
