I was able to beautifully transfer all of my forms over from FormsCentral (thank you!!!) but for some reason none of the responses made it...and the titles of my forms were incorrect (no huge issue, I just renamed them). What is the easiest way to upload my existing responses into the JotForm environment?

If you chose to also import your responses from your FormsCentral account it may take between 20-30 minutes per form although if you have plenty submissions it may take a couple of hours to complete.
The import jobs are queued and processed in the order they arrive, which means that if other users were also importing their data at the time you imported yours, it may take a while to complete the whole process.
We appreciate your patience.
If you don't see any progress by the end of the day, please let us know so we can take another look.

Still no responses have shown up. I first tried the import on 2-6. Deleted all of the forms (no responses yet) 2-9 and tried loading them again. Received forms yesterday but still no responses today and it's been over 24 hours.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please be noted that our import tools are now fully automated. Your form should be imported in just few minutes but the data import can take little more time based on the size of the data and number of requests. Please be noted that we receive lots of request to import form and data and all the jobs are actually queued and processed as soon as the previous job is completed.
Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

OK, I'll continue to wait. I thought three days was a long enough time for the responses to show up so that's why I deleted and started fresh (hoping it would reboot something) *smile* I'm sure you're really busy with all of the FormsCentral transfers!

My colleague has indeed forwarded this to our development team so they may have a look. There is quite a large amount of imports taking place but yours should not have taken this long. We will update you as soon as they have a chance to have a look.

We have now re-run your import, and the results were positive. All of your forms and responses are now on JotForm! :)
