Embedded form not working on mobile devicesAsked by Chikasez on February 06, 2015 at 04:18 PM
I've been researching this problem for the last two days hoping I didn't have to ask for help. I've done everything from changing the embedding code, to using the iframe code, the link and many other tweaks that are recommended but nothing has worked. I understand how to use code and tweak, not an expert but I understand how to do it if I'm given direction but unfortunately nothing has worked out to fix my form. I also currently have the mobile responsive widget but it still looks wacky on mobile phones. I have it up on my wix site. Here is the link to it so you can view it and see what I can do so it can be mobile friendly: http://www.celebluxlimos.com/#!reserve-form/cqqq
I also attached a screenshot from what the form looks like on mobile.
Any advice or hep would be very appreciated.
Mobile mobile responsive responsive widget phones not working embedded form mobile devices
I've checked your website using my phone and this is how I see your form:
Could you please try to remove the widget and enable the form's responsiveness on the form builder?
Let us know if this makes any difference.
I'll try that thank you so much!
You're quite welcome. Please keep us informed.
