Can I create a PDF file from a form that has been filled-in?

Asked by Rachel  on February 06, 2015 at 06:12 PM

I know that you can create a PDF form and print it that way, but is there any way to create the PDF with the form already filled in?

    Thank you!

    Yes, this is possible.

You need to enter the submissions screen of your form and use the Get PDF button located on the top menu bar.

A PDF file will be generated with the entered data for that particular submission

Or you can also download all your submissions in a single PDF file by following the steps provided here: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Hope this answers your question.
