how can i add table in my form?

Thanks for asking, Glenn. It depends on the functionality desired. In the Survey Tools menu of the form builder is the Matrix:
We also have some widgets which have a tabular layout:
There's also the Text tool in the Form Tools menu of the form builder which can be used to insert custom tables:
A tool like this one can be used to quickly create the table and then you can copy the code generated and paste it into the work area of the Text element:
Could you elaborate on what exactly are you trying to achieve? We'd then be able to better advise you on the most appropriate option.

i would like to put a table that i can specify if how many cells i need.

May I ask what is the purpose of the table element that you want to add in your form? Is it for survey, spreadsheet data or input fields?
Based on my colleague's reply, it seems like you need the Spreadsheet widget.
