How can I send text message to phone after receiving input form?

If you would like to receive submissions via text messages I would recommend contacting your telephone provider to ensure that this is a feature that they have available. If it is, you should request a email gateway for their system so that you can configure a notification for your form. A Email to SMS gateway would take the form of a regular email address with an exception that your telephone number would be used.

For Example:
5554442222@t-mobile.net

Once you have the above information follow this guide to set up your notification. When that is completed, it is optional for you to send this notification in text mode. You can follow this guide for more details.
