Is there a way to keep a certain question on my form private from the public?

I am using JotForm to keep track of free agents for Heroes of the Storm (a game by Blizzard). I have the applicants put down their Skype ID, because Skype allows people to talk more effectively with each other. However, I want to publish the free agent list to the public without the public being able to view the Skype ID of the applicants. Is there a way to hide that question from the public?

Yes you can publish the JotForm Report to the public with only the selected data/info you want.

You can deselect the specific info during the creation of the Report.

    Example:

If you want to publish the report using the HTML Table Report., in the selection dialog screen, make sure the 'SkypeID' is unchecked. This will then be excluded in the report.

You should add also password protection to the report.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
