I could not reproduced the issue when I checked. The form loaded without any error when I test.

The form appears on my site but I get a

    Security error
    Security header is not valid

message when I test an order. Go to "loopsclub.com" to see what I mean.

Okay, this issue has been resolved.

    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understood your concern completely.

If you would like your users to pay using credit card without having a Paypal, that is possible using guest accounts, or they can use the integration of Paypal Pro, Stripe or Authorize.net if they want to pay using their credit cards.

When user tries to pay the purchase, they will have an option to pay using their credit card without having a Paypal. They will be asked to input the necessary information details here.

The accepted cards, in my knowledge, are those with logo of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. They will just need to input their details in the checkout process.

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.

If you look at my form there is not an area to fill in credit card info if you select to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. I was asking how this can be added.

    Hi,

May I know which of your forms you are referring to? I'm unable to access or see this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/50277439575162.

If you would like to an an input field for the Credit Card details to process payment, you can use Paypal Pro, Stripe or Authorize.net as payment processors.

This will allow your users to pay using credit card.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

I am using paypal pro. This is the form: formID=50277439575162. It is the PayPal Pro Form from your templates.

Does the user get redirected to PayPal to finish the transaction? If not I need to be able to insert a place for them to enter their card information.

Sorry, this is all so new to me.

I tried doing a test using your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50277439575162 but it seems that you had the form disabled.

    You can enable/disable the form.

Does the user get redirected to PayPal to finish the transaction? If not I need to be able to insert a place for them to enter their card information.

Since you are already using Paypal Pro payment tool, all the form user needs to do is to choose the card options in the payment. This will then allow filling in the card information before submitting the form.

In Paypal Pro, the user will not be redirected anymore to Paypal.. the user will never leave your website/form.

I suggest you review the -Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
